Vintage Marcrest pottery daisy and dot dinnerware was produced by Western Stoneware Company of Monmouth, Illinois. Daisy and dot dinnerware was a Marcrest pottery promotional item given away at gas stations and movie theaters. Some call this the "daisy and dot" pattern because that is what the raised ridges and flowers resemble.
