Clothing may be returned for an in-store credit of the purchase price if ALL of the following conditions are met:
** Notify me by email within 3 calendar days of receipt. Use this email address: CollectorFever (at) gmail (dot) com
This email must be received within three calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you --- no exceptions. We
have tracking information provided by the shipping service which will verify the day and time of delivery.
** The exact same item(s) that were sent must be returned in the exact same condition as stated previously online.
** Returns must be insured by the customer for the full purchase price. The item remains the customer's responsibility until it is delivered to us. Poor packaging can void the insurance
and the shipping service can refuse a claim due to poor packaging.
** No refunds on postage
All other sales are final unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.
